Job summary

Hb Byggentreprenør AS is seeking a skilled Concrete Worker / Formwork Carpenter / Rebar Worker to join our growing team on construction sites in Norway. You will perform formwork, reinforcement, and casting with attention to safety and quality.

The role offers a permanent position, hourly pay NOK 280–330 depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development, including courses and certifications. A company car may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate or extensive on-site experience in concrete work.
• Class B driver's license is required.
• Construction site experience in your trade.
• Good verbal and written understanding of a Scandinavian language and/or English.
• Knowledge of HSE and safe work practices on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Formwork, reinforcement, and casting of concrete structures.
• Finishing and quality assurance of concrete work.
• Reading drawings and working according to technical specifications.
• Collaboration with the site supervisor, project manager, and other trades on site.
• Ensuring HSE compliance and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment.

Qualification requirements

Trade certificate as a concrete worker. Extensive on-site experience can compensate for the lack of a trade certificate.

Class B driver's license

Construction site experience within your own trade

Good verbal and written understanding of a Scandinavian language and/or English

Knowledge of HSE and safe work practices on construction sites

Job tasks
