Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in ocean tech, mechanics, marine, electro, automation, etc. to be completed soon or by 2027.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and/or electrical systems is required.
• Effective communication in English is essential.
• Preferably combined with a relevant trade certificate.

Responsibilities

• Rotational Graduate Program with three engineering rotations over two years.
• Exposure to multiple engineering disciplines and technologies.
• Work on real projects and subsea technologies with experienced engineers.
• Transition to a permanent engineering role in Bergen/Kongsberg after program completion.
