You will follow alcohol guidelines, keep displays attractive, and deliver excellent customer service. Must be 21+, hold required certifications, and be available for nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certifications where applicable.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must meet company driving eligibility requirements where required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to quality control and food safety standards by stocking and rotating alcohol and related goods.
• Prepares, pours, and serves alcoholic beverages, such as wine and beer by following proper guidelines and TABC protocol.
• Maintains intermediate knowledge on all beer and wine offerings and potential food pairings.
• Maintains appealing product displays and bar cleanliness according to Company standards.
• Serves hot and cold prepared food to customers while adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Promotes product sales through use of suggestive selling initiatives.
• Stacks pallets and sorts products into correct locations according to Company efficiency standards and expectations.
• Maintains clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures.
• Provides friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, etc.
