Job summary

H&M Store in Tønsberg is hiring Sales Advisors to join a Beauty-focused team. Three permanent positions, part-time at 32.5 hours per week, starting by agreement. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help find products while showcasing our collections.

Based in Farmandstredet, Tønsberg, you’ll work during store hours, with Norwegian or English language skills required. Experience in Beauty and fashion retail is preferred, and willingness to collaborate across departments

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within Beauty/Make up, fashion, retail, or similar fields.
• Preferable 1-year working experience with Beauty/Make-up products.
• Have a genuine passion for beauty, make-up and fashion, with a strong drive to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while promoting our products and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Share your fashion/beauty and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
• Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing of the store.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
