Job summary

Vianode is seeking a Laboratory Engineer to contribute to product quality and process stability. You will work hands-on in the lab and with production to identify, understand and resolve quality challenges in the manufacturing process.

You will collaborate with Quality, Production, Process Engineers, and Development teams, conducting material analyses, DOE-based experiments, and adherence to ISO standards. The role is based in Kristiansand with potential travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with laboratory testing and quality analyses.
• Experience working with DOE and Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform material analysis from raw material to finished product and ensure reports are loaded in the system.
• Design and execute laboratory testing using standard procedures and analyze results.
• Conduct DOE and Six Sigma based experimentation and interpret findings.
• Define test plans and equipment needs with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure ISO 9001/14001 compliance and support quality audits.
