Formación

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty drinks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Norwegian is a plus).
• Must have own visa/permit allowing employment in Norway.
