Qualifications

• MSc in Mechanical, Structural, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automotive product development and industrial production.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Basic proficiency in CAD, CAE, PLM, and MS Office.
• Ability to build effective global working relationships.
• Experience in structural analysis or crash testing is a plus.
• Relevant work experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define product development targets based on customer requirements.
• Document development steps and present results internally and externally.
• Perform feasibility checks and conduct design-FMEAs.
• Collaborate with tool and process design teams for production launch.
• Conduct tolerance analysis and develop dimensioning concepts.
• Plan testing specifications and report results.
• Participate in benchmarking, R&D, and innovation programs.
