Job summary

IKM Consultants AS in Haugesund is seeking an Admin. Coordinator to organize offshore helicopter transport, coordinating personnel and bookings. You will ensure mobilization accuracy and collaborate with projects in weekly meetings.

The role requires handling DaWinci and SAP registrations, ensuring personnel hold required courses, and enrolling them in mandatory training. A proactive, structured, and flexible approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-year upper secondary education or equivalent.
• Mandatory experience with the DaWinci system.
• A completed DaWinci course is required.
• Experience with similar coordination tasks is desirable.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and structured approach.
• Strong collaboration skills and a flexible mindset to handle frequent changes.
