Job summary

A human capital consulting firm in Norway is seeking an individual to oversee correspondences and information flows through the International Ops Centre. The role requires managing sensitive requests, generating reports for senior management, and proficiency in data visualization tools. Candidates with a minimum diploma, relevant experience, and excellent organizational skills will be preferred. A Class 3 driving license is preferable.

Qualifications

• A minimum of Diploma or above in any field.
• Prior knowledge in relevant fields like International Relations or Operations is an advantage.
• Experience in dealing with foreign counterparts is preferred.
• Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools and RPA solutions.
• Possess excellent planning and organization skills.

Overview

• Overseeing all correspondences and information flows through the International Ops Centre (IOC)
• Management of sensitive requests and ensure that key officers are notified in a timely manner
• Generation of metrics, reports, dashboards and relevant information to update senior management in a timely manner

Requirements / Qualifications

• A minimum of Diploma or above in any field
• Prior knowledge in International Relations, Investigations, Operations or other relevant fields is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with foreign counterparts will be preferred (e.g. deployment as liaison officer or for major regional / international policing events)
• Proficient in utilizing data visualisation tools and RPA solutions like Tableau and UiPath; RPA tool is an advantage
• Possess excellent planning and organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly, multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and respond expeditiously to issues that require careful handling of sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Preferably to possess a Class 3 driving license
