A leading recruitment firm is seeking an Assistant Manager in the healthcare industry based in Novena. The role involves providing administrative and secretariat support, coordinating meetings, and managing communications for a steering committee. Candidates should have a degree in any discipline and prior experience in similar roles, along with strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. This position offers a contract duration of 6 months, starting December 28, 2025, with a salary up to $4200.
Duration: 6 months, subject to extension (Starting 28 Dec 2025). Working Location: Novena (Walking distance from MRT). Working Hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday).
The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretariat support to a steering committee, including coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting committee initiatives and projects.
