Job summary

ABG Real Estate Management in Oslo is seeking an Asset Manager with 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management. The role focuses on developing asset strategies to grow rental income and long-term value, leading leasing, and guiding development projects.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and language skills in Norwegian and English are essential. You will work with investors, retailers and advisers to optimize the portfolio across retail-focused properties and commercial

Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial property development and leasing.
Strong networking within commercial real estate, particularly among retailers.
Degree in real estate, finance, economics or related discipline.
Proactive, independent approach with execution skills and excellent communication in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute asset strategies to drive rental growth and long-term value creation.
Lead leasing activities, negotiate lease agreements and optimise tenant mix across commercial properties, with a particular focus on retail.
Identify and lead property development projects, from concept development and feasibility studies through to delivery.
Work closely with investors, tenants and advisers on the development and commercial management of the portfolio.
