To strengthen our Technology Backoffice & Retail Infrastructure team, we're searching for a Retail Technology Project Coordinator to join our Oslo support office.

Your role

As our Retail Technology Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering technology updates to our store network and managing the lifecycle of our retail infrastructure. You’ll coordinate multiple projects at once, ensuring smooth technical delivery for new stores, relocations, and rebrands, while proactively maintaining and replacing hardware to support our applications and customer journey.

Your main responsibilities include
  • Manage technical delivery for store projects (new openings, relocations, rebrands)
  • Oversee hardware lifecycle management and ensure timely updates and replacements for our Norwegian stores
  • Coordinate vendors and suppliers, including quotes, orders, and statements of work
  • Support implementation of new services and processes, including early life support and transition to BAU
  • Act as the go-to person for retail technology insights and troubleshooting
  • Build strong relationships with store partners, service desks, and internal teams
  • Ensure stores are equipped with hardware according to Specsavers standards

You’ll report to the Head of Technology Product Management NE and can expect regular travel across Norway and occasional trips to other Northern Europe markets.

Your new team

You’ll be the key retail technology contact in Norway, working closely with colleagues based in our support offices across Northern Europe. The team combines deep technical expertise with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, and we’re always ready to share knowledge and support each other across borders.

While you’ll be based in Oslo, you’ll stay connected through regular virtual meetings and occasional visits to other markets and you will have colleagues from other tech teams around you in the office. Our Oslo office offers a modern, flexible workspace with hybrid working options — and we make sure to balance hard work with fun, whether it’s coffee breaks or team activities when we meet in person.

Join our global team of friendly, talented, and passionate colleagues. Enjoy a competitive salary package with perks such as pensions, (health insurance), free eye care vouchers, and more.

Grow in your role with free access to online learning, monthly one‑on‑one discussions with your manager, personalised development plans, and increased responsibility.

We offer a fun work environment with great coffee, laughter, table tennis tournaments, holiday celebrations, and more.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service.

To succeed in this role, you should bring
  • Strong technical skills in network, device management (Intune), and hardware installations
  • Service-minded and able to build and maintain relationships with our retail partners
  • Experience coordinating roll‑out projects end-to-end and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet challenging deadlines
  • Supplier management experience and flexibility to travel (valid driving license)
Within 3 months, you’ll
  • Be onboarded and introduced to our retail technology processes and key stakeholders
  • Gain a solid understanding of our store network and lifecycle management roadmap
  • Support ongoing store projects and start coordinating hardware updates
Within 6‑12 months, you’ll
  • Independently manage multiple store technology projects from start to finish
  • Become the go‑to person for retail technology coordination in Norway
  • Deliver improvements to our hardware lifecycle processes and vendor management

We’ll support your growth with a personalised development plan.
