Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Solar Installer or similar role preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction principles.
• Ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
• Lift heavy equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters and mounting systems according to safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct site evaluations to determine the best location for solar panel installation.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on existing solar systems.
• Assist with system design and planning for new installations.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each project.
• Ensure all work is completed within company quality standards and timelines.
