Job summary

QuantumIT Solutions is seeking an Architecture Manager to lead and oversee architectural design and construction projects from concept to completion. You will manage a team of architects and engineers, ensuring projects stay within budget and schedule while complying with codes and regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on use of AutoCAD or similar design software. Domestic and international travel for site visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
• Ability to travel for site visits as needed.
