Job summary

PrimeForge Manufacturing is seeking an Architecture Manager to lead a team of architects and engineers in Oslo, overseeing design, development and construction from concept to completion. You will ensure compliance with codes, manage budgets, and deliver innovative designs that meet client requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior architectural position, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or in a managerial role within the architecture industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
