Job summary

AdventureRecruit UAE seeks an Architectural Technologist in Os, Norway, to join as a Design and Drafting Specialist. You will assist with design development and drafting across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Responsibilities include producing CAD drawings with AutoCAD or Revit, reviewing codes, creating 3D models, coordinating with clients and contractors, and site visits for accuracy. A Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology and 3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and team members to develop design concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure drawing accuracy.
• Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with designs.
• Create 3D models to assist with visualizations and presentations.
