Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Consultant in the field of Image Guided Surgery and surgical disciplines to support the Sales Team in Scandinavia. The position will report directly to the Regional Manager Scandinavia and will be a home office position located preferably around Oslo, Norway.

Your main duties will be:

• Educate, train, provide on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital personnel
• Perform new system installations
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand problems and troubleshoot issues
• Demonstrate outstanding organizational and planning skills: task prioritization and effective time management
• Initiate upgrade projects with existing Brainlab installations
• Sell service contracts to existing Brainlab customers
• Monitor and promote customer usage of products
• Conduct software updates
• Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services

Qualifications

• Preferably completed studies in the field of Biomedical Engineering, a technical degree, or equivalent
• Self-planning, organization, and implementation of all service activities
• Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
• Good sense of humor
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Fluency in English and Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian
• Possession of a valid driving license
