Job summary

Oda is seeking a Fullstack Android Developer to join the Shop team in Oslo. You will own core Android shopping experiences from browsing to checkout, collaborating with iOS, web, and backend engineers to ship features end-to-end.

The role emphasizes building reliable, high-quality user experiences with a strong eye for details across the mobile stack. You’ll work on API contracts, backend interactions, and app-specific backend code to ensure a smooth customer journey, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience building native Android applications, ideally using Kotlin and modern Android technologies.
• Strong focus on delivering high-quality product experiences beyond UI screens.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to backend code to support mobile features.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve core Android shopping flows such as browsing, search, product pages, cart and checkout.
• Collaborate with iOS, web, and backend engineers, designers, and PMs to ship features end-to-end.
• Understand APIs, contracts, and backend systems that power the Android app.
• Learn and contribute to app-specific backend code when delivering a feature end-to-end.
