WhiteBIT Group is seeking an AML Specialist to join our compliance team in Norway. You will support customer and transaction reviews, help with KYC/EDD, and perform sanctions checks within a fast-growing crypto exchange environment.

The role emphasizes meticulous data handling, collaboration with internal teams, and ongoing learning about blockchain AML risks to protect platform integrity and users.

Qualifications

• Experience in AML, compliance, KYC, banking or related field.
• Understanding of AML/CFT and sanctions principles.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and logical thinking.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle large data and maintain records.
• Willingness to learn crypto/AML risks.
• Team player with good communication.
• English proficiency for AML docs.

Responsibilities

• Assist AML specialists with customer and transaction reviews.
• Support AML and transaction monitoring review.
• Collect and organize customer information and documents.
• Assist with KYC and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
• Perform sanctions, PEPs and adverse media checks.
• Review cryptocurrency transactions and wallet information.
• Maintain AML-related records and reports.
• Enter AML data into Excel and internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain information.
