Job summary

InstaCreative India is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee our Alta, Norway operations. You will develop and implement sales strategies, lead the sales team, and nurture client relationships to grow revenue and satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, proven sales experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. English fluency is essential; Norwegian is a plus. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Accommodation is not provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Previous experience in sales or relevant role preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Fluent in English (Norwegian is a plus).
Valid work permit for Norway.

Responsibilities
