Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules, including budget and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Review and approve project designs, materials, and construction methods.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
