Job summary

SummitLab in Alta, Norway is seeking a hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at a temporary ski resort. You will maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, washing dishes, utensils, and other items, and keep the dish area organized and sanitized.

Responsibilities include washing glassware, pots and pans, cleaning ovens and grills, and restocking as needed. Prior dishwashing experience helps, and flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher experience is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Clean kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills and fryers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen surfaces.
• Empty trash containers regularly throughout the shift.
• Restock dishes and utensils as needed during service hours.
• Follow all health and safety regulations when handling food items and cleaning chemicals.
