The Norwegian is seeking an Operations Services Agent for Oslo Gardermoen Airport. You will support daily ground handling operations by coordinating with the Operations Coordinator and Manager, ensuring real-time data accuracy and smooth communication with internal teams and external suppliers.

The role involves rotating 24/7 shifts, working closely with flight crews via VHF/ACARS, and contributing to on-time performance targets while developing toward the Operations Service Coordinator role

Formación

• Experience in an operations role within aviation or travel contexts.
• Solid understanding of ground handling and real-time operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal departments and third-party suppliers to keep everyone informed about daily operations.
• Communicate with flight crews via VHF/ACARS to provide arrivals and departures information.
• Report daily operational statistics in real time to maintain accuracy and transparency.
• Be flexible to take on additional duties as required by the business.
