MechaForce is seeking a highly skilled Computer Research Scientist to join our team in Os, Norway. In this role, you will conduct advanced research to develop new technologies in computer science, contributing to our mission and shaping the future of technology.

The ideal candidate will have a Masters or PhD in Computer Science, proficient programming skills, and experience in research. This position offers flexible working hours and a part-time salary of $1200 per month.

Qualifications

Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in conducting research in the field of computer science.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java or C++.
Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically about complex problems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of publishing research papers or presenting at conferences.

Responsibilities

Conduct research in computer science including topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining and computer vision.
Design and develop algorithms, software systems, and prototypes to solve complex problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer science and integrate them into our research projects.
Publish research findings in academic journals or present at conferences.
Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance on their projects.
