Job summary

Newcode.ai in Oslo is hiring a Legal Engineer who will partner with customers and our Lead Legal Engineer to translate legal workflows into AI-powered solutions. You will own the customer journey from onboarding through adoption, aligning product capabilities with real-world needs and guiding successful implementations.

The role requires experience with law firms, startup experience, and fluency in English and Norwegian.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a CSM / Solutions Consultant / Legal Engineer or similar role.
5+ years working with law firms as a customer.
Experience working in a startup.
Fluent in English and Norwegian.
Law degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the customer relationship from onboarding through long-term adoption and success.
Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and pilot programs to ensure customers realize value quickly.
Establish success metrics, monitor customer progress, and proactively address adoption challenges.
Partner with Sales to support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to long-term customer growth.
Identify emerging market opportunities and evolving customer needs to help shape Newcode's product strategy.
Build trusted, long-term relationships by acting as a strategic advisor to customers and helping them succeed with AI.
