A leading beauty company is seeking a Retail Brand Manager in Oslo, Norway. The role involves driving the local marketing activities of luxury products and managing retail activations to ensure coherent brand expression. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and 2+ years in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and be fluent in Norwegian and English. You will drive the local marketing activities of our Luxury Products Division on one of our most important brands and you are the expert of the brands retail activation and expression within your country. Owning the local adaptation of launches and brand animations – from activity planning, ordering process to final implementation. You are the voice of the brands in your country, the voice of the country in the business unit and the face of the brand(s) to retailers. Focus is physical distribution but always keeping omni channel in mind to ensure 360 consistencies across channels. You will report to the Nordic Brand Activation Manager, located in Copenhagen, and work closely with the Nordic Brand team and local key stakeholders to drive outstanding marketing initiatives and drive the success of your brand in the Norwegian market.
