Emergis in Zeeland is seeking an entry‑level Adviseur Zorgcontractering to support the care contracting and financing team. You’ll gain broad exposure across funding streams while learning through experienced colleagues and gradually taking on more responsibility.

With time, you may progress toward a Senior Adviseur role as you build expertise in contracts, financing, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• University-level degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Health Policy & Economics, Health Sciences).
• Affinity with numbers and data analysis; ability to derive insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with diverse partners.
• Interest in how healthcare is organized and financed.
• Structured, analytical, and proactive in taking on tasks.
• Ability to obtain a background check (VOG) and at least one reference.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues in meetings with insurers, municipalities, care offices, and other financiers.
• Prepare contract negotiations and follow up on agreements.
• Take over operational tasks under supervision to work independently.
• Maintain contacts with financiers on operational issues.
• Conduct production, revenue, and billing analyses.
• Coordinate information requests from financiers and respond to them.
• Assist with tenders, quotes, and contracting processes.
• Lead sub-projects within care contracting and financing domain.
