Job summary

PwC Nederland is seeking a Zero Trust Program Manager to own the Netherlands implementation of PwC's global Zero Trust strategy. You will coordinate with global and local stakeholders, act as the CISO office contact for program communications, and drive delivery across IT teams.

The role requires strong Kanban and reporting skills, 4+ years in security or IT project management, and fluency in English. Hybrid work and a range of professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in security or IT project and portfolio management, with demonstrable ownership of cybersecurity projects from initiation through to operational handover.
• Hands-on experience managing cybersecurity projects and programs.
• Solid understanding of security foundations, including identity and access management, Zero Trust principles, network and endpoint security, data protection, and vulnerability and risk management.
• Strong working knowledge of kanban management, with executive reporting and data visualization skills.
• Fluent in English, in both speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and ongoing management of PwC's global Zero Trust program within the Netherlands, translating global strategy into local projects and technology initiatives.
• Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers, ensuring milestones are met and escalating when needed.
• Build, maintain, and execute local project plans underpinning global security programs, including scope, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate delivery across the CISO office and IT project teams, managing risks and changes.
• Create and prioritize the service and project demands, ensuring a transparent pipeline with business stakeholders.
• Serve as internal scrum master for the CISO office, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and kanban board updates.
