Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Working Student in IT Transformation & Governance to contribute to digitalisation, automation and project delivery. You will help design workflows, automate governance tasks and enable better collaboration across IT and business teams.

You will work with Transformation Managers, gain exposure to AI-enabled platforms and low-code solutions, and help improve project transparency and execution quality. Fluency in English and German is essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, IT or a related field.
• Interest in IT, digital transformation, AI and process automation.
• Experience from university projects, internships or personal projects in automation or project management.
• Basic understanding of AI, workflow automation and digital collaboration technologies.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365 apps (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Ability to develop or configure simple automation and low-code/AI-enabled workflows.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Structured, proactive working style with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent English and German with cross-functional collaboration ability.

About the role

The Working Student, IT Transformation & Governance supports the continuous improvement of IT transformation and governance processes by contributing to digitalisation, automation and project delivery initiatives. The role assists in developing digital solutions, improving project transparency and enabling efficient collaboration across IT and business teams. Working closely with Transformation Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, the position contributes to the adoption of AI-enabled and low-code automation solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Success is measured by the quality of delivered solutions, process improvements and the reliable execution of assigned initiatives.

About your tasks

• Support IT transformation initiatives by coordinating assigned activities and contributing to the successful delivery of strategic projects.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions and digital automations to streamline recurring project management and governance activities, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
• Design and implement digital workflows, reporting solutions and collaboration tools that enhance project transparency and operational effectiveness.
• Identify and optimise repetitive processes by leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve productivity and user experience.
• Build and continuously improve digital solutions that support knowledge management, documentation and information sharing across IT Transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging digital technologies and automation capabilities to support continuous improvement within the IT Transformation & Governance function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, test digital solutions and support the adoption of new ways of working.
• Contribute to project governance by maintaining high-quality documentation, reporting and knowledge assets that support informed decision-making.

About you

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• You demonstrate interest in IT organisations, digital transformation, AI and process automation.
• You have initial experience through university projects, internships or personal projects involving automation, digital solutions or project management, which is advantageous.
• You have basic understanding of AI, workflow automation and digital collaboration technologies.
• You have basic knowledge of project collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have the ability to develop or configure simple automation and digital workflow solutions using low-code or AI-enabled platforms.
• You have an analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• You have a structured and proactive working style with strong organisational skills.
• You have a fluent communication skills in English and German, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
