Job summary

Triodos Bank in the Netherlands is seeking a Workday functional specialist to join the HR application maintenance team. You will shape the Workday setup, assist with implementation, and maintain configurations post go-live.

You will collaborate with HR colleagues across service delivery teams, develop reports, ensure data privacy and compliance, and support upgrades. The role blends hands-on configuration with process improvement in a values-driven banking environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Workday and integrations with other systems.
• Proficiency in Workday configuration and creating reports.
• Experience with troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance elements in a regulated environment.
• Experience with system upgrades, testing, and related documentation.
• Experience with AFAS (maintenance) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep functional design documents up to date post go‑live.
• Provide support to co‑workers and HR colleagues with technical questions and perform issue resolution.
• Ensure continuous improvement by configuring and testing improvements and tracking release upgrades.
• Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Create recurring and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.

We are currently looking for a Workday functional specialist to join our HR application maintenance team. As we are just embarking on our Workday journey, your role is uniquely positioned to contribute to the implementation and in doing so shaping the configuration you will maintain post go-live.

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance by financing change’, by shaping and maintaining our Workday set‑up to ensure a great co‑worker experience while safeguarding compliance. Your key responsibilities include:

Your future colleagues

You will cooperate closely with your colleagues in the HR application maintenance team and other HR Service Delivery teams such as the HR Officers, HR Data and Payroll. Furthermore, you work with the HR specialist teams such as Learning and Talent Acquisition, as well as the international Triodos HR Community across four countries.

  • a salary appropriate to the position, our remuneration policy and your experience between € 4,315 - € 5,394 gross per month for 36 hour work week
