Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a global online community. The role is fully remote with relocation assistance to Greece, and includes a performance bonus up to 250 gross/month. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus strong interpersonal and analytical skills, are required.

You will help users, resolve issues, and contribute to a safe, helpful environment while adapting to a Mediterranean work-life balance.
