Job summary

Houtindustrie Veteka B.V. in the Netherlands seeks a hands-on production worker to join the finger-jointing line, turning raw wood into high-quality products with precision.

You will work in a two-shift rotation, Monday through Friday, early and late shifts, alternating weeks, in a friendly team environment with potential for a permanent contract and a pension plan under the Timber Trade Collective Bargaining Agreement. Immediate start is possible.

Qualifications

• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
• You are motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
• You enjoy working in a two-shift rotation (Monday through Friday: early shift 5:00 AM–2:00 PM, late shift 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, alternating weeks)
• You are a team player and have a collegial attitude.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw wood into sleek, perfectly straight, high-quality wood products on the finger-jointing line.
• Ensure production orders are completed carefully and on time.
• Work environment is pleasant; production is hard but fun is prioritized.
