Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a Validation Engineer to join a fabless semiconductor team in Delft, NL. You will design and execute RF test plans, troubleshoot measurements and collaborate with design and software teams to ensure device performance across temperature, voltage and process corners.

You'll develop Python scripts, configure PXI-based automation, and use SQL and Jupyter for data management and visualization, leveraging lab equipment like spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering degree.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with RF circuits including amplifiers, filters, mixers, oscillators and measurement techniques.
• Experienced in PVT characterization and testing hardware/firmware, including automated test management, integration and lab troubleshooting.
• Experienced in data management and data visualization.
• Experience in large-scale automation lab testing across multiple products.
• Experience with lab equipment such as PXIe, spectrum analysers, network analysers, digitizing oscilloscopes, signal generators, DMMs and programmable power supplies.
• Skilled in MATLAB, Python and Excel; proficient with GIT.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal design team to define measurement requirements.
• Develop and execute characterization test plans for RF Front End performance.
• Create Python scripts and perform measurements using automated PXI/RF setups.
• Collect and organize data to verify RF performance across temperature, voltage and process corners.
• Utilize SQL and Jupyter for data management and visualization.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues during testing with design, application and software teams.
• Develop and configure test equipment to support performance characterization.
