Job summary

Gina Tricot AB in Amsterdam is seeking a Weekend Manager to lead weekend operations and drive sales with the team. You will plan the day, motivate colleagues, and ensure a great customer experience during peak periods.

The role requires an outgoing, proactive person who loves fashion, has retail experience, and is flexible with hours including Christmas. You will work closely with the Store Manager to keep customers at the heart of everything we do.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Weekend manager at Gina Tricot, you will play an important role on our weekends. Your duties include constantly driving sales together with your team and ensuring that we always deliver a good experience for our customers.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who are an outgoing, proactive and positive person who is passionate about fashion and sales. You will be the person with overall responsibility for operations during the weekend. You will set the plan for the day and motivate the team to work towards the weekend’s goals. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you always put the customer in focus. You are a natural leader and will maintain close communication with the Store manager. In addition, you are a team player who is flexible with working hours and can work during weekends and intensive periods such as Christmas.
