Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Advisor in Amsterdam to represent the Brand and ensure every Client is treated with the Louis Vuitton promise. You will guide Clients across the Brand, discovering their needs and delivering exceptional service.

You will welcome Clients, advise across product categories, and use clienteling tools to foster loyalty while contributing to individual and team sales targets. Weekend availability and fluency in English (Dutch preferred) are valued.

Job responsibilities

• Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different Clienteling tools, to foster Brand loyalty
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
