Media Markt Hoofdkantoor is seeking an energetic Website Analytics & Performance Intern to support analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting. You will gain hands-on experience in website analytics, dashboard reporting, and performance optimization while collaborating with experienced professionals in a hybrid, part-time role based in Rotterdam.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Marketing or Analytics, with strong analytical skills, good Excel, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in marketing or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or BigQuery is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Daily website performance checks, monitoring changes and issues.
• Monthly performance reporting and forecasting, turning data into insights.
• Dashboard analysis and improvement, optimising reporting processes.
• Documentation in Confluence for dashboards and analytics.
• Create user guides for dashboards to help colleagues interpret data.
• Learn key website analytics metrics and apply them to improve digital performance.
