Job summary

Jobster in Rotterdam zoekt een logistieke medewerker om bij te dragen aan een soepele werking van het sorteercentrum. Je werkt fulltime in een dynamische omgeving waar je fysieke uitdagingen aangaat en samenwerkt met een ondersteunend team.

Het betreft een tijdelijke 40-urige werkweek met ploegendiensten, inclusief nachtdiensten. Er bestaan mogelijkheden tot verlenging en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een toonaangevend logistiek bedrijf.

Qualifications

• Fysiek fit; in staat om pakketten tot 25 kg te verwerken.
• Beschikbaar voor nacht- en avonddiensten (23:00–08:00).
• Basis communicatieve Engelse taalvaardigheden voor operationele duidelijkheid.
• Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk voor toegewezen taken.
• Teamspeler met betrouwbare en flexibele werkethiek.

Responsibilities

• Sorteren: pakketten plaatsen in de juiste locatie voor een efficiënt transport.
• In- en uitladen: vrachtwagens vlot laden en lossen met het beschikbare gereedschap.
• Scannen: pakketten scannen met een handscanner om registratie te verifiëren.
• Verplaatsen: goederen binnen het magazijn om operatie te stroomlijnen.
• Onderhouden: een schone en veilige werkruimte volgens bedrijfsrichtlijnen.

What You Will Do:

• Sort: packages and place them in the correct location for efficient transportation.
• Load and unload: trucks efficiently using tools and equipment provided.
• Scan: packages with a hand scanner to register and verify their accuracy.
• Move: goods within the warehouse to organize and streamline operations.
• Maintain: a clean and safe workspace by following company guidelines.
