Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Warehouse Teamleader in ’s-Heerenberg to bring structure and leadership to a multi-client warehouse. You’ll manage 15–30 colleagues, ensure timely processing of parcels, and drive improvements while maintaining safety and compliance.

You’ll work in a two-shift schedule and be a key driver of performance across inbound and outbound processes. A strong, communicative leader with English proficiency is essential to succeed in this dynamic,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience within a logistics 3PL environment.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule (06:00–15:00 / 10:00–19:00 or 06:00–15:00 / 15:00–24:00).
• Good command of English language, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Divide daily operational activities and act as the first point of contact for 15 to 30 colleagues.
• Identify deviations and disruptions in a timely manner.
• Provide input for improvement projects focused on processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal, company and safety regulations.
• Be deployable across inbound and outbound processes to create optimal flexibility within the team.

As a warehouse teamleader, you are one of the driving forces within the DSV team in ‘s-Heerenberg. The daily management of your team is based on agreed customer targets, internal standards and, of course, various KPIs: You’re on it.

How you do this? You are the colleague our supervisor can always rely on. You have a clear overview of everything happening within our warehouse. Because we work for multiple clients, you ensure that every parcel, pallet and order is processed on time and without errors. You achieve this by:

• dividing daily operational activities and acting as the first point of contact for 15 to 30 colleagues;

You bring

• at least 2 years of proven leadership experience within a logistics 3PL environment, preferably in a multi-client warehouse;
• willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule of 06:00 – 15:00 / 10:00 – 19:00 or 06:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 24:00;
• good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• you are a motivator who inspires employees and connects them to departmental goals.
