Job summary

Arvato is seeking an order picker in Venlo. Join a modern, automated distribution center and help ensure thousands of orders ship on time each day. You will work through Manpower with an initial temporary contract and have the opportunity to earn a contract with Arvato based on performance.

The role offers 32–40 hours per week, a gross hourly salary of €14.99, travel allowance, and pension accrual through Manpower. Shifts may include early starts and changes during peak periods.

Qualifications

• In possession of a valid Dutch work permit.
• Basic knowledge of English to understand instructions and communicate with colleagues.
• Good numerical skills and an accurate way of working.
• Good physical condition and no physical limitations that prevent you from performing the work.
• Experience with a handheld scanner is a plus.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collect products based on digital instructions.
• Scan items with a handheld scanner.
• Process and sort goods in the warehouse.
• Pack orders according to guidelines.
• Apply shipping labels and transport documents.
• Prepare shipments for transport.
