CEVA Stellantis in Waalwijk is seeking a proactive Warehouse Worker to join the team. The role starts in a 2-shift rotation with a transition to a 3-shift rotation later.

Base hourly wage is €14.99 gross (excluding shift allowances), with a shift allowance boosting pay by 25%–45%, bringing effective hourly wages to €18.74–€21.74 during shift hours. The position offers potential for a direct contract with the employer, full-time hours, and a chance to grow within a large logistics-focused company

Responsabilités

Salary & Shift Allowances

• Base Hourly Wage: €14,99 gross per hour (excluding shift allowances)
• Shift Allowance Boost: Earn an additional 25% to 45% on top of your hourly rate during shift hours.
• Effective Hourly Wage: During shift allowance hours, your earnings increase to €18,74 or even up to €21,74 gross per hour!

Who you are

To succeed as a Warehouse Operative, you meet the following requirements:

• You speak fluent Dutch or English
• You are available to work 40 hours per week
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift rotation
• You are ready to work on-site in Waalwijk
• You have your own reliable transport (car, scooter, or bicycle)

What will you do

Leave the heavy lifting to the gym! Instead, you will stay active on your feet. You will easily hit 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day while on the job. Cancel that expensive gym membership—you get paid for your daily cardio here!

• Scanning incoming and outgoing auto parts
• Order picking and packing orders accurately
• Assisting with shipping, logistics dispatch, and expedition
