Job summary

FedEx zoekt een logistieke medewerker voor vroege shifts bij de Schiphol hub. Je zorgt voor vlot verloop van het logistieke proces, laadt en lost pakketten in, en werkt in een internationaal team.

Je werkt op een fysiek intensieve rol met early mornings en een minimum van 20 uur per week, met groeikansen en on-the-job training. De werklocatie is het Schiphol gebied.

Qualifications

• U houdt van fysiek werk en gaat graag aan de slag.
• U bent beschikbaar maandag tot en met vrijdag in de ochtend (05:00–11:00).
• U kunt tot 23 kg tillen.
• Proactieve en praktische houding.
• U spreekt Engels of Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Laad- en loswerk van bestelwagens, alles vertrekt op tijd.
• Pakketjes op- en van de band afhandelen.
• Labels plaatsen en lezen; zorgen dat alles op de juiste plek terechtkomt.
• Pakketten scannen en verzendklaar maken.
• Samenwerken met collega’s om doelen te behalen.

As a logistics employee, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics process. Your role ensures that packages are handled efficiently and reach their destinations safely and on time. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you’ll collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, creating a vibrant and energetic workplace. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes initiative, and thrives in early morning shifts.

Your tasks:

• Loading and unloading vans, ensuring everything departs on time;
• Handling packages on and off the conveyor belt;
• Placing and reading labels – making sure everything goes to the right place;
• Scanning and sealing packages for safe shipment;
• Working together with colleagues to achieve goals.
