Job summary

DHL in Veghel zoekt een Warehouse Employee die verantwoordelijk is voor de sortering en het scannen van pakketten. Dit is een actieve rol met veel lopen en tillen en vindt plaats in de nacht. Het betreft een parttime positie van 20–25 uur per week.

Werkuren beginnen tussen 02:00 en 03:00 en eindigen tussen 06:00 en 10:00, met nachttoeslagen en mogelijkheden tot groei binnen het bedrijf.

Qualifications

• Eigen woonruimte in Nederland vereist.
• Beheersing van basisnederlands of engels.
• Goede fysieke conditie en in staat zware items te tillen.
• Beschikbaar voor nachtwerkuren.

Responsibilities

• Laden en lossen van pakketten uit vrachtwagens.
• Pakketten sorteren op bestemming en grootte.
• Pakketten scannen en tracking systemen bijwerken.
• Gepaste meldingen maken bij beschadigde of verdachte pakketten.

Over de functie

As a Warehouse Employee, you ensure that parcels are sorted and scanned. You are therefore an important link in the logistics process! This is an active job that involves a lot of walking and lifting.

• Loading and unloading parcels from trucks;
• Sorting parcels by destination and size;
• Scanning parcels and updating tracking systems;
• Reporting damaged or suspicious parcels.

This job is for 20-25 hours per week. The shifts are night shifts on weekdays.

Working hours:

You start between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM and finish between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, usually around 8:00 AM.
