Job summary

Søstrene Grene is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our Venlo, the Netherlands operation. The role focuses on late shifts with some day shifts; you will handle stock, packing, loading, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position requires physical fitness, reliability, and a willingness to obtain forklift certification if needed. Onboarding includes a one-week induction and training to support a smooth start within SG’s culture of gentleness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience driving an OPT (order pick truck).
• Physically fit to perform standing and moving tasks.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
• Team player with flexibility for shifts.
• Driven, eager to improve, and customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming stock in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack orders for store replenishment and online fulfilment.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely, adhering to manual handling procedures.
• Perform stock control and inventory checks to maintain accurate records.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks and EPTs (where licensed).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Always follow company procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Report damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
