PostNL is seeking motivated and reliable warehouse staff to join our logistics team across multiple departments in the Netherlands. Roles involve handling parcels weighing 10–30 kg, with training provided and opportunities to learn new tasks depending on department.

Shift work is required with morning, evening and night options; some locations offer rotation and shift allowances. We value safety, teamwork and a hands-on attitude to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Good physical fitness and ability to handle heavy lifting (10–30 kg).
• Clean criminal record required before arrival.
• Willing to live in a shared room and share common areas.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks with roll containers or loose packages (10–30 kg).
• Ensure parcels are handled safely and efficiently.
• Inspect packages for damage and report issues.
• Sort and organize packages according to delivery routes.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in loading/unloading area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
