Job summary

Edmund Optics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Best, Netherlands to join a small, international team focused on accuracy, safety and timely handling of goods. You will perform cycle counts, receive inbound stock, pick orders and process shipments to support 100% on-time delivery.

Working from 09:00 to 18:00, you will operate in a structured environment using SAP transactions, with English as the primary language and Dutch as a plus.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking (Dutch is a plus).
• Experience with SAP warehouse transactions.
• Basic IT skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Performing daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Receiving inbound goods and correctly storing inventory.
• Picking customer orders to achieve 100% on-time shipments.
• Processing shipments via courier portals.
• Maintaining a safe, efficient and tidy working area.

In this warehouse position, you are responsible for accurate and timely handling of incoming and outgoing goods in a small warehouse environment. Your tasks include:

• Performing daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Receiving inbound goods and correctly storing inventory
• Picking customer orders to achieve 100% on‑time shipments
• Processing shipments via courier portals
• Maintaining a safe, efficient and tidy working area
• Confirming and completing all orders at the end of each shift

Important: this is a small warehouse without use of EPT, reach truck or forklift equipment.
