Job summary

Minor Hotels zoekt een bar waiter voor nhow Amsterdam RAI, een levendige, multiculturele locatie. Je werkt in de Moana bar, open van 11:00 tot 01:00, waar gastvrijheid centraal staat en cocktails en lokale dranken de show stelen.

Je begroet gasten, doet aanbevelingen en bereidt dranken. Je werkt in een team, communiceert goed en houdt het bargebied altijd schoon. Salaris volgens Horeca CLA schaal 4, €2.468–€2.778 bruto maandelijks.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in voedsel en drankenbranche.
• Passie voor spirits en drank.

Our Moana bar is laidback and colorful, the beating heart of the hotel. It just beats slower, the tiki/summer way. It is open between 11 AM and 1 AM. The menu is uncomplicated but focuses on good-quality ingredients and comfort food such as burgers, nachos, pizzas, local craft beer, and classic cocktails. Our work mentality is down-to-earth, honest, and supportive. Combining this with the sneaker culture and good team spirit, Moana bar could be the right next step for you.

What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

• Greeting guests and presenting menus;

• Making suggestions based on their preferences;

• Taking and serving food/drinks orders;

• Preparing drinks;

• Keeping the bar area tidy at all times;

• Upselling when appropriate;

• Arranging table settings;

• Listening and connecting with our guests;

• Delivering checks and collecting payments.
