Job summary

Cecconi's Amsterdam is hiring skilled Waiters to join the team. You'll manage a busy section, deliver warm, professional service, and build connections with members and guests in a vibrant dining room.

Fluency in English is required; experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting is valued. You’ll collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Role

Our aim is to hire skilled and passionate Waiters to join the team at Cecconi's Amsterdam.

You'll work alongside passionate hospitality professionals who hold themselves to high standards and are committed to excellence. As a Waiter, you'll manage your own section, build relationships with guests and play a key role in delivering the warm, attentive service Cecconi's is known for.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a guest-facing hospitality role
• Experience working within a busy, fast-paced service environment
• Naturally warm, engaging and guest-focused
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to remain calm and organised during high-volume service periods
• Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus

• Compensation: Salary above Horeca CAO. From 2.511,89 € to 2.718,95 €, based on experience (If younger than 20 y/o no youth salary will be applied)
• Travel allowance > 7.5km (75% of travel costs will be reimbursed)
