Job summary

Wena BV is seeking a Production Technician to join our Helmond-based team. You will operate polishing equipment, inspect wafers, and contribute to a smooth, precise production process in a cleanroom setting.

The role offers a 3-shift schedule with a gross hourly wage of €15.74 plus a 21% shift allowance, pension from day one, and a pathway to a permanent contract. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

English language skills (spoken and written).
MBO-level education or equivalent required.
Experience in production or similar technical role preferred.
Ability to follow detailed procedures accurately.
Reliable with a sense of responsibility and willingness to work in shifts.
37 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Prepare workstations, materials, and equipment before production starts.
Follow process instructions and ensure all required steps are completed correctly.
Set up polishing equipment, load and unload wafers, and monitor machine performance.
Check levels of polishing fluids, machine pressure, and temperature, adjusting when needed.
Perform visual quality inspections of wafers after processing.
Document each step of the production process and report any irregularities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.
