Job summary

Een organisatie voor terminale zorg in Wijk bij Duurstede zoekt betrokken vrijwilligers die beschikbaar zijn tijdens de dag en/of nacht. Je biedt tijd, aandacht en ondersteuning aan patiënten en verlichting aan hun familieleden. De belangrijkste focus is persoonlijke zorg, beschikbare tijden worden in overleg vastgesteld. Flexibiliteit en sociale vaardigheden zijn noodzakelijk. Ervaring in de zorg is een pluspunt.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaar tijdens de dag en/of nacht voor ondersteuning.
• In staat om tijd en aandacht te bieden aan patiënten.
• Ervaring in het bieden van zorg en steun is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Bied tijd, aandacht en ondersteuning aan de patiënt.
• Verlicht de familie door er voor hen te zijn.
• Werk in Wijk bij Duurstede, Cothen, Langbroek, Werkhoven, Odijk, Bunnik.

Job description

Proxima Terminale Zorg is committed to providing attention and support to people in their final phase and their close ones. This support is offered by volunteers in our hospice, at home, or in nursing and care homes. Proxima offers warm, personal care in home support and hospice, focused on the wishes and needs of the seriously ill. In addition to physical comfort, we address spiritual and social aspects that may arise for the patient and/or their close ones. Attention, time, involvement, and “being there” is the essence of this care.

We are looking for involved people who are available during the day and/or at night for people at home or in institutions. Working hours are determined in consultation. You have full control over how often you wish to be deployed.
