LILT (Production) seeks professional or semi-professional voice talents with a passion for language and technology for an exciting project. We are looking for a native speaker (35–55, female) with a natural, conversational tone suitable for AI voice cloning and language technology applications.

As an independent contractor, you work on your schedule from a home studio and may engage in fast-turnaround projects.

Qualifikationen

• Must be native speaker of the target locale.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a home recording setup with recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, DAW, plugins, and a treated space.
• Able to follow specific technical requirements for recording (volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, audio quality, etc.).
• Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples.
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged.
• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.
• Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module to be subsequently vetted against all requirements.

Voice characteristics:

Female, "mature" (~35–55 years old), natural rather than polished/robotic — retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis.

Personality and Tone:

1. Conversational and likeable for customers (e.g., friendly, empathetic, patient)

1. Natural and approachable in a dialogue

1. Intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust

1. Welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please

Speech Quality and Clarity:

1. Easy to follow and clear

1. Consistent, moderate pace with natural pauses
